This new USB key from innovator La Cie is a good choice for someone who has to conceal personal data on their person, such as a victim of domestic violence or a woman preparing for divorce.
It looks like a coin and can blend with your other personal belongings.
In addition, there is no cap to lose (bonus points for that feature!
The Lacie CurrenKey comes in capacities of 4GB, 8 GB and 16GB. I would recommend the smallest as you will feel less remorse, should you lose it. I would also recommend backing up the most important data to a Dropbox account, or if it’s all important, back up half of it to Drop Box and the rest to a ZumoDrive or SugarSync.
The 4GB model retails for $19.99. The 8GB retails for only $10 more, $29.99. The 16GB model retails for $54.99.
